Making Contact<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The first step is making contact, preferably a phone call. Give us a call at 222-3232-4242<\/strong><\/a> to discuss the project. This will allow us to chat briefly to see if we would be a good fit for your project. This step can take up to 20-30 minutes, which can conclude with setting an appointment for a FREE design consultation either via Zoom or at the space where the project will come to live (the preferred method, allowing for measurements to be taken on-site).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The design consultation involves discussing your project\u2019s aesthetics and budget. A budget is the most critical element that allows us to guide you to the correct solutions. In custom projects like these, there are many solutions with an extensive range of pricing. Our main goal during this step is to narrow down the quality of construction and materials to find a solution that best fits your budget. Once we have established the budget, we can focus on the aesthetics and construction of your project. If we can have an in-person consultation at the project\u2019s final location, we will take measurements and quickly draw up a 3D space model. Using pictures or descriptions, we can discuss the aesthetics you want in the project. A rough design of the project\u2019s exterior will be mocked up on-site. Once we\u2019ve agreed on the design, we will provide you with a ballpark price range for this project. That leads to the next step\u2026<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Once the project\u2019s start date arrives, the real fun begins. This step involves you quite a bit. There may be wood we need to pick out and hardware we may need to hunt down. This step requires a lot of communication because your input is needed. We may ask you to meet our maker at a sawmill to pick out the perfect slab. We will send you pictures of different grain orientations to see what you like best. We will assume some creative control, but most of the time, we prefer to involve the client as much as they would like to be involved. Most days, we are actively posting updates on the projects we\u2019re currently working on. You will get a behind-the-scenes glimpse of your project being made in the shop, from milling to glue-ups to rubbing on the final coat of finish. You will see your project come to life and share it with your friends and family in real-time. You are always welcome to visit the shop and check out the project\u2019s progress in person. We want to provide an experience for you, not just a transaction.
